Enquiries and conversations

With your agreement, the contact form saves your name, email and messages on Tivralo’s server to handle your project. Conversations are kept on the website server for at most 90 days. Emails pass through Gmail and remain in the mailbox until deleted by Tivralo; attachments are not processed automatically. Messages needed for a reply are processed by a technical response provider; contact details are not added to this processing. Assistant replies are preliminary and do not constitute a quote.

A conversation identifier is saved in this tab to display replies. Rate limits protect the form; IP addresses are represented by a temporary technical hash. Do not send passwords or sensitive data. The operator’s contact details will be added when setup is completed.

Your data and your brief

The configurator runs in your browser. Answers stay in memory during your visit and disappear on reload. Downloading saves a copy on your device; this configurator does not send your answers to a server.

Analytics and preferences

No advertising tool or third-party analytics service is installed. Your language choice may be saved locally on your device. Images and fonts are served with the website.

Hosting and external links

The host may process technical data needed for access and security, including IP addresses and request logs. Provider details and retention arrangements will be specified with final hosting. External links lead to independent services.
